  I loved going there for parts...and probably still will because it's closer to my area. But if you need a recall done, go the the other dealer in Halifax. I had a trailer hitch recall on my Jeep Liberty, and when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they didn't order the right part, telling me to check back in a few weeks. So apparently I wasted my day for no reason. But whats worse is how months went by and I kept calling them only for them to continue to say "The part is not in yet...we'll call you when it comes in." So here I am driving a Jeep with a dangerous recall for a few months before I get fed up and get an appointment set up at the other dealer in Halifax. Needless to say I had a new trailer hitch installed the following week, no BS. This Dartmouth Dealer has great service and a parts team, but lacks organization.

  Purchased a 2018 keep Compass Limited Edition from them. Very friendly and great customer service! Also got some great deals and updates because we purchased at the end of the month. Our sakes Rep was Lloyd Negus and I'd definitely recommend him!
