  Excellent service from my sales rep Gary Tredwell. Due to a physical disability, I need modifications done on my vehicle. Gary went above and beyond to help me properly inspect the new vehicle and make a sound decision without actually getting a chance to test drive it myself. he was also very helpful with getting 2 vehicles back and forth to get the modifications done after purchase.

  We had a great experience buying our car from MacPhee Ford. All the staff were excellent; very friendly and wanting to help us in any way they could. The whole team is very professional and knowledgeable; they could answer any questions we had and made the purchase of our car very comfortable. We will definitely come back for our future purchases.

  Always have a great experience when I go in for service. I drive about 50,000 kms/yr so I'm in often. The shuttle is quick and convenient, though, I usually just wait, in the waiting room. The seating is comfortable, everything is clean and the staff are very polite and willing to help.

  Stephen Tate was my sales rep at MacPhee, and he was excellent. He arranged pre-sales inspections and service for the vehicle I chose, he had me take it on several test drives, and was incredibly responsive in person and via text message to my many questions during and even after the sales process. I've already recommended Stephen and MacPhee Ford to two of my friends considering a new vehicle, and I will be more than happy to go back to MacPhee to look for my next vehicle -- even if it isn't a Ford! Thanks to everyone there that I met during the process; I'm even looking forward to returning there for my service calls in the future.
